Sugar Mill Cane Crushing Rollers
Sugar cane mill roller re shelling and the manufacture of new rollers are a major part of our foundry department. The old shafts are tested for defects using NDT procedures and if necessary repaired with the latest welding techniques. The shells are cast in our foundry and then fitted and grooved in our machine shop. We combine over 75 years of cast iron metal knowledge with the finest materials and latest technology. We believe from this experience and expertise our mill roller shell material is unsurpassed in the world market.
Centrifugal Machine Nickel Screens.
Nickel screens are used in sugar mills for separation of sugar crystals from molasses in centrifugal machines. Quality of nickel screen is important factor for recovery of sugar from molasses else which is waste for sugar mills. It is a separation sheet with very precise slots for molasses to pass through it & sugar crystals are trapped inside. Slots are rectangular in shape.
